Return & Exchange Policy – Al-Hayah Appliances

1. Return Conditions

  1. Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days from the purchase date in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
  2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories and original packaging.
  3. The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  4. Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
    • If the product is damaged or broken due to misuse.
    • If the seals of sensitive products (such as electronics, microwaves, or TVs) have been opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Exchange Conditions

  1. Customers may exchange a product within 30 days from the purchase date if a manufacturing defect is found.
  2. The exchange can be made for the same product or another item from the same category, with payment or refund of any price difference if applicable.
  3. If the same product is not available, the customer has the right to receive a refund or choose an alternative product in agreement with the showroom.
