“Customer” or “buyer” refers to any person purchasing or benefiting from our products or services.
2. Products
All products offered are original and comply with standard specifications.
Some colors or minor details may differ slightly from images displayed on the website or in advertisements.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The customer agrees to pay the full value of products in cash, via electronic payment cards, or through available installment plans.
For installment purchases, the customer must adhere to the terms and conditions of the bank or financing company.
4. Delivery & Receipt
The showroom commits to delivering products within the agreed timeframe.
If the customer delays receiving the product on the scheduled date, the showroom reserves the right to charge additional fees.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Returns and exchanges do not apply to products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
6. Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or an approved showroom warranty.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation.
7. Maintenance & After-Sales Service
The showroom provides certified maintenance services for purchased products.
Customers must refer to the authorized service center to maintain warranty validity.
8. Liability
The showroom shall not be held liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from product misuse.
Our responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the product in accordance with the warranty terms.
9. Amendments
The showroom reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes shall be effective once published on the website or communicated to the customer.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
